A little more info about what you want ... River lee hotel is nice, reasonably central ,( it's only small like) ,probably cost a bit... Issacs is more hostel but still central,
Trip advisor ? then lash up your choice here and wait for the "gawd not that Kip"

I'd go with the River Lee Hotel if you've the budget. Have stayed in a few places in the city and that's by far and away my favourite. Very friendly/happy staff. Good food.
