Mobile check in problems

    Hi all, help needed please. I flew from cork to birmingham this morning and checked in using the aerlingus mobile check in - I had no problems. Today I tried to do the same for the return leg and it appears on the page as "mobile check in is not available for this booking". My flight is in less than 20hrs. I know you can't check in prior to 24hours before departure but I really need to check in using the app because it will be very tight if I have to try to check in the old fashioned way. Thanks in advance for any help recieved!!

    Is Birmingham on the list of airports you can check in online for?

    Yes. And my friend who is flying to Shannon at the same time could check in no problem.
