My aerial broke in the car wash so i bought a new amplified shark fin one.
This has two separate wires, one for the antenna and one for a 12v feed.

There is no 12v feed at the moment so i was wondering if i could attach it to the interior lighting cable as its directly below the aerial ?

It depends on make/model of vehicle,

Some cars will have a perminant live available at the roof light, but many newer cars won't. You'll have to get a wiring diagram for your car or do some tests to find out...
