Not sure what your asking but if its free Spanish channels then 30 west is your best bet. Not too much stuff on 19.2 east that's free.

Telecinco is not free you need a subscription to receive that channel on either 19.2 east or 30west.

Sat 30W for Spanish & Portuguese.
19.2E for German, French, Spanish and some more like Dutch/Belgium.
It's the same set-up for both Satellites so for variety, i'd choose 19.2E.
