    Hi All

Looking for some opinions, been off the analogs for 12 months now and currently using a standard 1100mah battery with a nautilus mini

Am looking to upgrade to something that will give LOTS of vapour and just not sure what way to go, not worried about how big it is or anything

Should I go for a battery with VV of what ?

Also, would the Nautilus mini or full size be sufficient to get a lot more vapour if I did that ?

    Thanks :)

Oh yeah Variable Voltage or Wattage is important. Doesn't matter about the nautilus the mini BVC (bottom vertical coils) are what gives the vapour but higher voltage heats more juice so more juice more vapour. If you can afford it, and want to get a mod that will last I'd pick up a Provari, it will last you years, and doesn't have the bells and whistles something like the Evic has (which are pointless) it's about 200 dollars but it's not pushed from a factory in china, if that's too expensive, my first mod was a Vamo V5.1 I believe there's a V6 now too. There about 60 euro. There's so much choice out there it's hard to pick one, but if you find something just search for a review on YouTube, indoorsmokers and Pbusardo are two peoples opinions who I really respect because they really tell it how it is.

To be honest, I can't recommend the Hana clones from FastTech. Cheap as chips and you've got 7-30 watts of power to play with.

I've a Nautilus with BVC coils going on it at the moment at 18-19w and i'm blowing decent looking, tasty clouds!

Get a nice Sony VTC5 battery to go with it and you're laughing. Battery life is great and you can vape while it's charging off a micro USB cable!

Is it not a weird shape !

Is it not a weird shape !

Well, I guess that's subjective, but it fit's in my hand nicely and is a lot shorter than the likes of a Vamo or Provari. The box shape might be a pain if you had tight pockets or something, I suppose, but it doesn't bother me at all!

Edit: This might interest you either. Same electronics as the Hana clone, but more slender. You won't get nearly the same battery life out of it because of the smaller battery, and it has no charge port so you'd have to buy a charger and remove and charge the battery all the time.

Wait till the Istick hits these shores, gonna be a game changer I think.

    20W VV/VW, 2200mah USB rechargeable battery and it's not much bigger than a pack of Tic-Tac :D

    Retailing at about €40 - €50 I believe.

If you're into rebuildables or want to get into them but still want to have safety features, get an IPV V2.
For rebuildables I only do drippers so the Origen is good, Magma gets good reviews but I found it less flavoursome and cooler than the Origen. Mutant X looks good but haven't tried

I wonder how difficult it would be to replace the battery in it?
Not on a daily basis obviously lol, but eventually when the battery is shot.

Evic is a bit of a gimmick I find...

I stopped using mine after about 3 weeks, it's very very unpredictable. The screen etc is lovely to have, but in my case it came at the cost of accuracy (the voltage / wattage was fairly inaccurate, and the battery charge indicator was plain out wrong).

I've never had an issue with any Innokin product, so I'm sticking with them all the way for now.

I just got a Vamo V6 today from Bargain vapour. I love the thing. 20W max, much improved display on it over the V5. Its great with a Nautilus, have not tried it with my fogger yet, have to put new coils on it.
Two criticisms though, there appears to be an engraving of Jesus (although it might just be a random guy with a beard and in a robe) on it, which is not very prominent. There are also some kind of greek looking patterns on it which are fine. But ya i can see myself getting a lot of guff over that :p. I dont like the engraving, but i'll get over it fairly quickly. I just did not notice it in the picture on the website, so I was a bit surprised.

There is a Vamo 5.1 on some sites, with a spring loaded 510, slightly different features, then theres a fat vamo floating around 26650, so no idea whats going on with the different versions. But just tried to fire the Nautilus at 18 watts out of curiosity and ya it was a bad idea :D so it actually does fire up towards 20w.

As someone else mentioned the iStick, tbh if youre not in a rush I would wait for that, it looks like a fantastic form factor and fires up to 20w as well. I will be buying one i think, have been contemplating "Cana" or an IPV for a while, but they just seem to bulky to me.

You're very excited over a €2 reduction :D In all seriousness Im glad you posted that, did not know vapefreaks existed.

The original eVic. I tried a LOT of clearos, cartos, coils etc and it was NEVER consistent at all. Really disappointing for the amount of money it cost me.

Only heard of 1 person so far having problems with the new version and he had given it a fair amount of abuse and dropping it etc..
Personally I find the Surpreme very well priced at 95 with free shipping, would recommend buying extra batteries though if intetion is to be using it on rebuildables or drippers at higher wattage, with the Nautilus I have no problem getting a full day but with the Fogger at 22wat it's a different story
