What targets do you set yourself at the start of the year? Do you focus on capital improvements on farm(modernising facilities etc), targeting a given level of output to aim for(milk solids kg/ha, live weight gain p/ha etc) and so on. Then what kind of critical examination do you do of your targets to learn where you need…

What targets do you set yourself at the start of the year?

Do you focus on capital improvements on farm(modernising facilities etc), targeting a given level of output to aim for(milk solids kg/ha, live weight gain p/ha etc) and so on.
Then what kind of critical examination do you do of your targets to learn where you need to improve to reach your targets or what may have contributed to exceeding them?

Forgeting things that are MOSTLY out of control like weather, price....
