    Hello all would appreciate some advice my case worker has put me forward for 3 CE Schemes I picked them myself I'm only on €19.40 jobseekers per week she told me I would be getting €208 from CE Scheme is this true even with my jobseekers being so low I have to children and really could do with the extra money, thanks trish Xx

    If you have children do you not get the full rate or is it means tested?

    The information you got was correct CE participants get minium payment of €208. Here is the link to Citizens information that should explain it all:

    You will also retain all existing benefits you are getting such as medical cards etc. Any training you wish to do will also be provided if at all possible.

    Also check out the childcare scheme cets. My two girls are in crèche while I'm ona CE Scheme and I pay 2eur per day per child
