Constant gurgling and leakage from Kanger ProTank 3

I am using the aforementioned clearomizer and Vaping Gold juice. I've been using a new coil (Kangertech upgraded version), yet I am constantly getting a little bit of leakage onto the battery, and I am getting liquid in my mouth.

I've been blowing out to clear it, but the problem returns swiftly. I even tried a new coil, and the problem returns shortly after. It is becoming a real pain, and I am wasting a lot of juice.

I've taken the coil completely out and have blown through it many times, without success. I don't think the juice is causing the issue.

I've seen advice online about putting cotton wool around the coil (wire) but this can't be done as the new upgraded versions of the coils are sealed in.

Can anyone offer me some advice and help?

Are you keeping it in your pocket, or somewhere warm? Sometimes the juice can thin out and cause flooding.

Also worth trying a thicker juice. If it's an ongoing problem just return it to KangerTech or try emailing them for advice

Have you tried another coil ?
No matter how reputable company etc... I do find prefab coils to be a bit hit and miss

My guess would be a faulty coil.
Even the genuine packs sometimes have a bad coil, the non genuine ones can be one bad one after another.

As JH said, have you tried another coil?

I'm on my second coil, only a day after the first one. This really shouldn't happen.

They're legit and bought from a legitimate dealer.

Don't despair, my first bvc.coil was a revelation, next 2 did my head in and then they were perfect since then, my point being that the plug play things just have a failure rate and won't be totally consistent, still cheaper than smoking and better tasting though

Ah, like I don't deny that... And I've been Vaping for months, but it is just wasteful and irritating!

Get into rebuilds, been messing with it a bit but did my first dual coil build on a fogger today and fronm now on the Nautilus is just going to be a backup

Nautilus rules all that kanger crapola.

I have never used a 510 connection clearomizer that hasn't gurgled, leaked, flooded and been thrown in the bin. EVER. I still get better results from a Protank Mini or an iClear 16 than any of the other tanks (with ONE exception: the nautilus)

I had that experience in the beginning as well, found a few good ones though, Aspire Nautilus and Maxi are 2, Naturevape Midi have been perfect too and very good with the pro-coil that are piss easy to re-wick as well ( bit on the expensive side though I think )

Similar problems here with the Protank 3 - leaking onto the battery, juice up the stem collecting under the drip tip. It seems to be more of a problem with thinner juices (e.g. Snake Oil) but is a factor regardless of juice type. Same problem with the Protank 2 by the way. I'm starting to get really tired of poor performing clearos that are considered to be 'premium' (my experience of the Nautilus with the BVC coils is very much the same...)

They're massed produced in a factory in china and probably alongside every other brand...

Bought a pack of 5 coils for the aerotank mini there a while back and 3 of the 5 coils's posts weren't machined properly straight making it impossible to screw the top of the tank on. I also got an aspire coil before where they completely forgot to cut the notch in the bottom of it for the air intake. My guess would also be a bad coil as well.
