I tend to be hypercritical of conspiracies but I have to admit that if there is an innocent explanation for what we're seeing there that I'm not able to figure out what that could be.

On the other hand though, even if we do assume that the guy in the second clip really IS messing with the votes, from that distance there's no way of knowing whether he was doing so on behalf of the "yes" or the "no" camp....

Very strange goings indeed. Though as rozeboosje said it is impossible to say which way the vote was altered, if at all. Pretty shocked by this to be honest. I know in elections here there are people from every party watching the vote counters like hawks to spot anything dodgy going on. Surely there were representatives from each side doing something similar in Scotland if only to get a rough idea of the count.

Assuming that that is the case we'd have to conclude that whatever it is that is going on in those videos is above board, but still, what IS actually going on? LOL

I can think of some people who would love to see a failed voting process, especially if it is so close. Why not plant a few back doors in case the process doesn't turn out favourable?

A swing of 400,000 votes would mean 7000 votes per count, although CNN got wind of the extra votes before anyone else.
