    Why isnt there.....

    I wish there were wardens who could enforce dog fouling fines. I'm sick of watching dog owners let their mutts shit all over public streets and greens and walking away without picking up after themselves. What good are fines if there's never anyone around to enforce them? Stepped in a lovely big fresh one today whilst walking my son to school. Grrrr....
