    Does anyone else have the saorview box that is made by Xoro called the "DTV-M5"? It's a little black one, a basic model.

    The problem I'm having with it is that it won't turn on and receive a signal. I turn it on and off at the wall, but the display just shows four little green dashes where the channel number should be.

    It won't respond to the remote control either. It's two years old and this problem has been happening on and off for at least six months or more and this is the worst it has been

    Did you replace the remotes batteries lately? They may be dead?

    Wouldnt make a difference because not even the "on button" on the box will turn it on...seems like its beyond it all
