illness benefit

    Can anyone adivse me please on illness benefit. Just changed over from injury benefit. But have been certified fit to return 3day a week. What do i do now. Any advice please....

    Assuming that you were getting Injury Benefit for 6 months, you may qualify for Partial Capacity Benefit.

    Yes was on injury benefit for 26 weeks and changed over to illness late august. Have final blue cert from my doctors but havent posted it yet. As I'm unsure and don't want to mess up my claim. Thanks for the reply
