Does anyone know the lib required for the following site: http://www.cessna.com/en/single-engine/skyhawk it has parralex effect that I wouldnt mind knowing how it is achieved for the site but most importantly see the focus on the menu changes as you scroll down the page. I am sure you can jsut do a offset but if there was…

Does anyone know the lib required for the following site:

it has parralex effect that I wouldnt mind knowing how it is achieved for the site but most importantly see the focus on the menu changes as you scroll down the page. I am sure you can jsut do a offset but if there was an option that checked when the div container went beyond the fold of visable window that would be great. Any recommendations appreciated

Bootstrap has a plugin called scrollspy that does something like that. You may be able to find something similar.
