Am new to this forum, and not a farmer!
my question is that I have come across a few bags of this rabbit diet that is just out of date and wonder could I give it to a neighbour (small farmer, 5 or 6 bullocks) so that he could put it through a bit of barley that he gives his cattle every evening.

Probably a stupid idea, but below is info pasted from the data sheet and I would be interested to hear what ye think. And I am prepared to be laughed out of here and change my username!

    Crude Protein 14.8%
    Fat (ether extract) 2.3%
    Crude Fiber 21.8%
    Energy Density 2.0 kcal/g
    8.4 kJ/g
    Calories from Protein 33%
    Calories from Fat 12%
    Calories from Carbohydrate 55%

From that info I can't see any reason why not.
what are the top 3 ingredients in it?
