Losing/Gaining channels on LG LF7700

I have an LG LF7700 TV with Digital/Analogue/FTA/Freesat tuners, probably about 5 years old at this stage

The TV has always had a memory problem in that it would take ages to load the Freesat EPG and might temporaily lose some channels as you navigate through it.

Recently some channels, while appearing in the EPG, are displaying "No signal" when the channel is selected (there should be broadcasting at the time checked). While watching other channels, these "No service" channels often come back, over a period of 30 minutes or more - is my tuner on the way out or could it be a connection problem, it seems to happen very inconsistently.

Could be a TV problem, dish alignment problem or cable connection problem; difficult to say without checking the signal with a meter.

The Freesat epg feed comes from the weaker Eutelast satellite so it might be a dish alignment/LNB skew problem?

Thanks - forgot to mention that I have a second TV with a Humax box that has never lost signal, so I'd say I can rule out the dish. Might try swapping the cables from the LNB and see if that makes any difference

Swapping cables is a good idea.

Also tuner sensitivity can vary from one receiver to another, if the signal is borderline one receiver may handle it better than another.
