    Hi,
I have a gas boiler with dual zone heating and water.
On the control panel if i turn on the water the boiler fires up and the same for zone 1( downstairs) but if i turn on zone 2 (upstairs) the boiler doesn't fire up, so no heating.

Anybody any ideas what could be causing this?

I don't really have a clue about this, but said i would post here before i called an expert.

Could be an issue with the switching or more than likely the motorised valve. Get somebody to check it for you
