    Hey
Any luck with this. Spotted sandtex primer for upvc and normal exterior paint. How did yours workout. I want to paint my windows. Thanks.

Try vinyl paint, it's flexible and attached to the paint surface on a molecular level.

Dulux have a primer for internal and external use. It seems to be a specials primer for the use on tiles etc so I would imagine it would work on this surface. I have used it on a kitchen cabinet and it had real grip, even when running your fingers across it
