Just after hearing on Radio 1 that the latest research is showing that dairy products are beneficial to heart health, obesity and diabetes. Something to do with the peptides in the protein in the milk. Good news.
When it comes to cheese, milk etc I often thought 'lite' rhymes with sh**e for a reason.
    Now to convince the world

Anyone see or hear more about it.

Saw that in an article too. I reckon people are confused by all these research reports. One tells you don't eat this. .best to drink that but not too.much! I think dairy products do get a bad image in terms of making you fat. Most people I know use lite milk and butter for that reason. If they were brought here the auld lad would have a fit! I always wondered why milk doesn't sell as well as coke.

I think a bit of everything is good for you, plenty fruit veg but if your eating something you couldn't make in the kitchen at home best left in the wrapper.

I would believe so. Wouldn't touch off low fat anything And I try to stay away from drinking anything that isn't milk or water. I eat only natural stuff like spuds, meat and veg, bread. All that coke, red bull and processed food will slowly kill you.
