I would like to come to Ireland for a Job and would like some advise on the same.

Can anyone guide me to what is the best way to apply and get a job in Ireland? I'm an IT professional with more than 10 years of experience and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you moving from and what area of IT do you work in?

Moving from out of Europe so I will require work visa in Ireland.

Currently in IT Support but have experience in development and management.

Unless you've some fairly specialist skills, you'll be unlikely to get sponsored over here. You'd have to find a company who could make a case for hiring you over anyone in Ireland (if not the EU), and I'd not think that IT support roles would justify that tbh.

If I was to do a one year college course, I get one year to find a job at the end?. Will the company still have to sponsor me?

What do you mean? You'd have a student visa for the duration of the course, and you'd try to use that time to find a job with a company who would sponsor you? You'd need to be sponsored after the course, yes.

If that's the case I'd still think you'd struggle, why would companies want to go through the hassle of dealing with visa etc if they can hire someone who doesn't need one?
