Medical Card - For Students

I have been working part-time and have collected JSA for the past year. Currently, I have a GP visit card only, my parents do not have medical cards. I am starting college this year and will be in receipt of a SUSI grant, not yet sure about BTEA. What are the chances of me being entitled to the full Medical Card now?

Apply for a full one and let the HSE decide.
