Where can I buy sushi grade fish. I love sushi and would like to try making it myself at home, but I don't know where to buy everything I need. I picked up some of the ingredients in tesco (wasabi powder, seaweed, sushi rice). I'm not sure even how to choose the fish. Any advice is appreciated.
