    I had to put a new battery in my focus today and the stereo shut off,needs the code now and i was wondering does anyone have anyway of getting the code without paying a ford garage.

    Searched the net a bit and most of it says paying either online or at a ford garage,but to pay online you need the serial number at the back of the stereo,but you need a certain ford tool to remove the stereo, its not long since i bought the car and don't have any manuals or anything .

    I would probably pay a garage for the code if i was flush but i obviously won't be forking out at the mo just for the stereo, but i miss the sounds in the morning going to work and that,any help from anyone on how to get a code would be appreciated thanks.
