    Hi,
I currently have a Combi-box that I'd like to replace with the HumaxDTR-T1010 (for FTA satellite ect.) and use the TV 's built in Terrestrial tuner for Irish channels.
Currently I use single TV cable with a UHF/VHF splitter/combiner at either end, is there a risk that the Humax won't work with this configuration?

I assume it's a satellite/terrestrial splitter/combiner if so it'll work the same as the combi for the Humax box.

the Humax DTR-T1010 is a terrestrial PVR.
i assume you mean the HDR-1000S which is a twin tuner Freesat PVR.
If so ,you really want a second satellite feed from the dish and a quad lnb to take advantage of both tuners.
Assuming your question is about UHF/ sat. IF combiner and splitter, yes this should work fine for one satellite feed.
