Attention final year archiecture students (€500)

I am preparing a proposal in relation to a high-tech industrial park and am trying to come up with a way of obtaining an "artist's impression" of what it could look like. As it is non-revenue generating at this point , I thought it might be something a student would be interested in doing for a small fee (c€500). I have site maps and aerial photographs and am not looking for anything too detailed. Buildings on stilts are up for consideration and something that looks futuristic is the brief.

I have experience in working with a high end business park in Dublin. They use artists impressions a lot as well as models. They are very successful in creating a high end feel.
