Will unpaid UK taxes affect an Irish claim for disability allowance?

I have been in Ireland many years working, but now I am on JA.

Recently I had a SW inspector call at my house possibly because I have made a claim for disability allowance. She asked a few questions that seemed reasonable to ask someone with a London accent like: "Why did you come to ireland?"

The next day she phoned me and asked me for my UK National Insurance number, which I gave her, and she said it will be "Kept on file".

I owe a few thousand pounds in unpaid UK income taxes from a failed business. Will they be able to find this out? Will they bother to find it out? Will it affect my DA claim if they do?

Will it affect my JA payments?

I can't see how that would have any effect on your welfare claims, unless your hoarding a stash of money somewhere and not declaring it, not judging just saying.
