Been threatening to sell for while but as my fastest and first racing bike I never pulled the trigger. Been advertised on done deal and had offers of over €500 but never had the heart to sell. Roll on a few months and a rapid change in circumstances where I have 5 bikes in a 2 bed apartment so its time to thin out the herd. This is the first of 3 sales.

Anyway a great bike here are the specs:

21inch alu frame - Fits me at 5ft 10 perfect
Actually comfy for a alu frame, did the ring of Kerry no bother but stiff enough for a turn of speed. Far out performs my Genesis Equilibrium in speed (thats my keeper)
Full 105 10 speed groupset, not the latest but works 100% and little wear.
New aztec brake pads so stops in the dry and wet
Ambrosio wheelset, a little heavy but solid performers
Michelin Pro 4 tyres (23in), hundreds of miles left
Shimano SPD pedals, one model down from 105 I think
Carbon fork with plenty of spacers for adjustment
Ritchie finishing kit, Comp stem & handlebars, pro seat post
    8.6 kg total weight
    Always kept indoors, no corrosion

The frame has very little marks on it, the handlebars are the same but the seat post has the anodizing wearing a little.

All in all, ready to roll at €400

I work in Swords (airside) and live in Portmarnock.

    Want. Badly.

If by some miracle this bike is still available in a months time I will take it for 350.

    Lovely bike, GLWS.

Fantastic value - can I just ask what size is the frame in metric?

    21"=53.5 cm - so is this a 54cm frame?

Can I also ask - the others you intend to sell will they be more or less expensive? This would be an upgrade to my existing bike, but tbh I think I would like a bigger upgrade next time I buy.

The other bikes are in a different league, I have a 70's Colnago replica with a 80 Campag groupset that I will sell shortly and hybrid Kelly's from a couple of years ago. All will be around the same price.

The frame I could not tell you to be honest if its a 54 cm frame. I cannot see any markings indicating the size. Its certainly a nice bike, only reason its going is my Genesis Equilibrium with a campag groupset and wheels is comfier for the longer spins (I have a 40+ year old ass) and with the hills I like the brakes to be brakes and not flex about like shimano gear shifters.

I do need this gone, my room is full of bikes so €350....I will do a great deal for anyone short of cash and wishing to get into cycling or upgrading.

Fair enough. I am only good to go from the first week of November, I'd say you'll need it gone a good while before then.

Good luck with the sale, I hope she finds a great home :)
