In other words it needs; a rear wheel & block, calipers, brake cables & chainset.

Full disclosure: forks have a completely seized allen bolt which has resisted all attempts by me and everybody else to remove it. If you can get it out, fair play, but I'm pricing it on the assumption that you'll need to replace forks.

Frame has eyes & brake clrearance for mudguards and would make an ideal winter-trainer/commuter.
