    Hi

First off, apologies if this is the wrong forum.

I'm trying to get a tesco sim card to work in a huawei r205 but not successful so far.

I got the dongle unlocked, but still can't get it to work
I don't know if this is because I'm trying to use it on a mac.

Has anyone successfully done this? Could anyone point me in the right direction?

The dongle cost 60 so I'm very reluctant to buy a new one.
Although if I could source one for about 20 at this stage i'd consider it.

Thanks in advance for any help or pointers

I use Tesco mobile on my tablet. Their support is hopeless. Make sure you have defined an access point named "tmidata" - it is not in their documentation - and it wont work without it. Dont know anything about that particular Huawei but they are fairly generic.

    Thanks Dermot

I've given up on that Dongle and bought one online.

    Lj.
