Fridge operation

    We replaced our fridge lately.
As far as I know the previous one (which we had for 7 years) the fan had seized up and also the seal seemed iffy.
It was overfrosting madly with icebergs forming on the back wall.

    New fridge is a Hotpoint.
It is a fridge without freezer (has larder compartments for veg, etc) in the lower section and it is an integrated model.

Just want to check that the operation sounds normal.
Small beads/droplets form on the back wall and they freeze over and thaw and seem to be clearing presumably via gravity through the drainhole at the base of the unit.
Are the beads of ice / condensation normal for a self defrosting fridge ?
There is no ice buildup - thank God !

its working as it should. freeze to required temp. cut out and then cut in on the rise of temp again but causing any droplets of water that remain on the evaporator to re freeze

Yes that all sounds healthy to me.
