Just a question re the above in advance of installation soon.
Is there ever a situation where it is not advisable to use these, say a house near an airport where a certain amount of vibration would be expected?
Can the sensitivity of these be adjusted?
    TIA

Personally I always recommend them with the exception of velux and skylight type windows due to hail stone and heavy rain.

Yes the sensitivity can be adjusted in them, i have a few fitted around Cork airport and have had no issues with planes.
