    Hey,

    Work place question here.

    I was a witness to an incident in work that should not have happened.

    Before and investigation was opened i was told by the HR director that its best to keep my mouth shut in simple terms.

    Since the investigation was opened and i answered all questions openly and honestly i have seen a clear change in attitudes and behaviour of senior mgt and ceo towards me.

    Any suggestions on what to do?
