UPC Cisco EPC3925 No Access to Router from Internet

    I want to access my router settings from the internet.
    Using Chrome I get "This Webpage is not available" Error - ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. Using IE11 I get "This page can't be displayed".
    I've tried Ports 8080 and 139. No success.
    I can get access from behind the router no problem.
    Port filtering is off.
    Remote management is enabled.

    I was wondering have others been able to get remote access to their routers or is this something UPC disables by default?

    Disabled by default for security reasons. One secure way around this is to vpn onto your lan, this probably requires a new router and bridging tho.
