Yeah. I have even heard a dermatologist recommend it for eyebrows as it helps them grow back if they were over plucked

It might slow down the thinning but don't expect a miracle cure. The best recommendation most people will give you is a combination of minoxidil (Regaine) and finasteride (pills), but the latter has alarming side effects. Best of luck.
