Front Filling Falls out after 4 weeks

About 4 weeks ago I had my front filling replaced as it was discoloured. I had it for about 15 years with no problems apart from the colouring. I had it replaced and it has just fallen out. I couldn't believe it.

I was just wondering what are my consumer rights to this? Am I expected to pay again or should it be fixed for free?

Generally speaking if there were no mitigating circumstances like trauma , or a habit such as nail biting or bruxing (night grinding). I would replace with no charge.
If some one grinds at night and has visible signs of tooth wear from this , I will always strongly advise a night guard , any fillings I do on front teeth I cannot guarantee without one.
