How long does a scratch coat take to dry? It will need to tolerate the dropping in of the precast floor units and concrete stairs.

If it's dry a couple of days and you should be grand.

Few days and you'll be OK to skim over it.never ever plaster over it before it drys properly because it'll ruin the skimcoat
