    Hey all,

    Hoping ye might be able to help with a build. All oppinions would be much appreciated :)

    1. What is your budget? Roughly €700

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Mainly 3D design work with some light gaming - online with mates (steam)

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? No

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No

    5. Do you need a monitor? Nope

    5a. If yes, what size do you need. N/A

    5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? 1920x1080 and No

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Nada

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? If it doesnt kill the CPU, why not.

    8. How can you pay? CC

    9. When are you purchasing? ASAP

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? Dublin North

    Looks decent but I'd shuffle the budget around a little.

    Get the i5 4460. Performance will be nearly identical. You can get a cheaper board as well like the ASrock b85-pro4. €50 saved.

    Get a better PSU, the Corsair CS 550 is great value and only €10 more.

    Get a 120gb ssd. Saving €40.

    Put the saved money into a better graphics card. The R9 280 is good value.

    Cheers dude, appreciate the input. I just went ahead with the order about 2 hrs before your reply...didn't think anyone was listening out there!
    Ah well, Im pretty happy with the build anyway! Cant wait till i get it now :)

    No harm, you can always upgrade the graphics card later if you want more performance.

    Yeah that GPU might let you down with new games but you'll be able to play anything new on medium non modded graphics and most other older games on the highest :) Also I don't trust be quiet! PSU's, Id always go for corsir PSU's.
