    Hi,

Just looking for some advice here. I've been examining my behaviour over the last few weeks and have came to the conclusion that the time I spend online is unhealthy. I'm a 24 year old guy and every day after work I come home and turn on my laptop. I tend to read a lot of self-help material online or sometimes learn some guitar songs from youtube, go on online dating sites and also facebook but I still think there should be more to life than posting on the internet.

I don't have a large group of friends and the mates I do have well they have their own lives during the week. I'm still living at home which prob doesn't help. But anyway, has anyone got suggestions for things to do other than internet? I play guitar a bit but I do that in my room so my laptop tends to be on at the same time. I suppose things that would get me out of my house would be more helpful. I go to the gym but I do that in the mornings before work so that isn't an option. Any advice would be appreciated.
