Found these a while ago and love listening to them every now and then.

If they've been posted and discussed before, apologies.

I just thought some people here might appreciate them.

Nice find. Their second album is really underrated in my book.

John Squire is an underrated guitarist, he hasn't got half the praise of the likes of Jimmy Page etc despite being as good.

Not sure I'd agree with him being underrated. Always thought that he got the recognition that he rightly deserved.

My favourite of the videos has to be Reni's drumming though. The guy just oozes class on that kit.

If you start the videos at 4 different times you have yourself a pretty awful remix. Cool...now I'm a producer.

I did the same and it put me in mind of Zaireeka by Flaming Lips - 4 CDs designed to be played on different systems at the same time.

There's no way John Squire was underrated, especially when The Stone Roses were at their peak. That said, he dragged the sound in a direction I hated on the second album.

He certainly wasn't underrated by himself - thought he was Jimmy Page and tried to turn the Roses in Led Zep. The Seahorses album is terrible as well.

I really liked The Seahorses, the studio sessions for what would have been album number two are worth tracking down.

Squire is an unreal guitarist and personally I liked his influence on Second Coming. Breaking Into Heaven is probably my favourite Roses song.

Yea a lot of my friends who play guitar rate him with the best due to his playing on the second coming.
