Tom tom to phone compatability

Hey people's. . Anybody know if a tom tom factory installed sat navigation can work as a bluetooth car kit. I'm buying a 11 reg Renault master with tom tom but no car kit. The radio stations are paired to sat navigation. Could a Samsung galaxy s 5 work....????
