Also was talking to kings last week he said he wont be coming back due to college commitments etc though if hes changed his mind in the last week i dno.

have texts been sent out to players? its not that hard to organise a team, i sent out 15 texts yesterday morning and i got 15 replies, 11 players confirmed as in.

my lads are waiting almost 2 days now for confirmation that the game is on.

Yeah responses to the texts were non-existent by all accounts. As a team, we're going to have to answer Des when he texts one way or the other. As far as I know, he didn't even get negative responses, just a total silence. Team can't function with that kind of carry-on.

in fairness, your reply didn't indicate whether you were available or not, it was just a question back to me.

So you weren't marked as "in".

I'm not spending my weekends chasing lads either, it's not hard to reply to a text with a simple "in" "out" or "available" or "not available".

Seemingly it's down to me if people don't reply to my messages, and I'm actually the reason for that, because I didn't physically visit every player and type a reply into their phone for them.

The players from last season know the score, if they've no interest in friendlies then there's not much I can do about that.
