Nautilus - Aspire

Anybody else having problems screwing the Nautilus onto the battery? It never seemed to screw that easily, always a bit awkward but it eventually did screw. However, now I cant seem to screw it anymore, using Vamo and iClear batteries. It looks ok, no visible damage to the thread.
