    Just a quick note to let people who are looking for a great spin out on Sunday from Tullow for a really great cause with Sean O'Brien. There are three routes available, 110K, 60K and 18K, starting at 09:00am, 10:00am and 11:30am respectively.

    Great weather, great route, raffle for a bike on the day........
