Its only P&O now that does this route norfolk line is gone. Its been a few years myself since i did that route. There are some recent reviews on here http://www.directferries.ie/po_irish_sea_norbay.htm

They seem to like it and say food is included in the fare.

Did it 4 years ago, it was drive on drive off and mainly setup for truckers.

The food was not great ... very school canteen

The cabins were big though, no bunks, just side by side beds.
