Trying to file my bi monthly vat return on ROS and its telling me there is no return due, just wondering if anyone else having a problem or it just me? will have to give them a ring tomorrow.

Double check the dates. Maybe you filed it already by accident. I did this once for VIES, I filed a return for 1 year in the future.... and the system accepted it! Took several phonecalls and emails to fix it.
