    Hi

Just wondering, if a person has an arrest warrant out for them and they're summoned to court for a completely different matter, can they be arrested there and then??

Say like arrest warrant for theft but being summoned to court for maintenance

If the Gards knew about the prior warrant - Yes. AFAIK...

Unless they take refuge in the Ecuadorian embassy, yes.

Arrests can be made in courthouses.

If it is known that a person will be making an appearance in court, it can be a good time and place to catch them, whether it's for service of a summons or otherwise.
