Webcam as Screensaver

Hi does anyone know a way to setup a webcam as screensaver, the url for it starts rtsp and ends with stream rtsp://url.com/cam1.stream I searched google but could find anything, the closet thing I found is V-CamShow but doesn't support rtsp. Thanks
