Bluetooth speakers wont connect with laptop

    Hello,
I have recently bought the JBL flip 2 wireless speakers from PC world. Great sound and seems like a great device when I connect it to my phone via bluetooth. However, it wont connect to my laptop. I can detect the speakers but they will not connect.

My laptop is an M1530 XPS with windows 7 enterprise OS. I am able to connect my phone to the laptop with no issues so I know the bluetooth works.

I had previously tried a HMDX Jam Bluetooth Wireless Speaker but I had the exact same problem and I returned the item. It seems to break when trying to install drivers/software for the speakers. Any advice? I have tried the typical troubleshooting tips but to no avail.

This seems to be an issue with other people on the web but I havent found a solution yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
