Third Provisional Out of Date

    Hi,

    My third provisional is out of date on the 20th of this month. I had booked the test for this summer but ended up moving to the UK for a job. Now I may be moving back to Ireland in a few weeks.

    In order to get a forth licence and take lessons, do I need to retake the theory test or apply for a another test as proof similar to when I booked the driving test for the third licence?
