A few months ago I went eFibre and when I did that I lost my online services from Eircom, now that these have finally been restored after several months I now find that I am no longer eligible for paperless billing without a Direct Debit.  I did not need this previously when I was paperless billing prior to my upgrade to eFibre so why is it no longer available to me?

    Sorry to hear this kiersm

I was unaware that this was the case but I'll check to see if I can get clarification and get back to you as soon as I have more information.
