BTEA and moving?

Hi sorry if this has been asked before.

I'm starting a course in two weeks time, I get to register/enroll on the start of the week and then lectures begin the next day.

I filled out the BTEA form, printed an email from the course provider (offering me a place), printed out a screen shot of my springboards account showing my acceptance of the course. They said they'd get back to me as soon as possible, but that the claim won't go online until I show them proof of my registration.

Would I just be better off transferring my JSA to a post office near my place of study so my local social welfare office will be near my place of study? Or would it be possible to post proof of my registration to my original office which has my BTEA form?

    Thank you
